Do You Like Blueberries?

The Blueberry patch that grows AFTER logging operations. Where did you think they grew? Of course you could wait for a forest fire, but that makes for awful messy picking .

Blueberries so thick you have to just close your eyes and walk away at the end of a day picking.

Blueberries like a little shade to hold moisture.

This Blueberry patch is nearing its end as you can see the free to grow trees gaining age. It is a free to grow regeneration site with lots of bedrock. You can see the lichen 'puffs' that like to grow in sunlight. This is in a Woodland Caribou discontinuous zone.

Hot forest fires will not produce Blueberries any time soon. You are seeing some Pale Corydalis and Fireweed.

Not ready to pick.
