I have been reading Greenpeace's Boreal Alarm.(2013).
On page 27 ( of 32) I came upon a very strange statement attributed to Caribou Scientists from a 2008 Environment Canada credit:
"...a woodland caribou population range must stay intact (without natural or human disturbance) for the species to have a 70% likelihood of survival over 100 years."
Oh, to live in a world that never changes.
