Down in the body of the report it says:
"Scientific data on Thursday backed up Francis' concerns. The U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration released figures showing that last month was the hottest May around the Globe in 136 years of global records."
Maybe they could explain my May 22, 2015 frozen hummingbird feeder?
